Blending and Drinking Herbs

Remember each cup of tea is your cup of tea,  drink it they way you like it.  Using herbs to blend with makes it a great way to personalize your cup of tea.  Enjoy!

All herbs are sold in one ounce bags.
Dried Apple Pieces  
Delicate apple notes with a sweet Macintosh finish.  Apples are know for the many vitamins and are part of a healthy lifestyle.  You may add apples to any tea you like.

Giza Ground Lemon Peel

Without doubt the sharpest and most 'pucker' lemon peel available.  Clean, refreshing finish.  Makes a wonderful lemonade,  brew sweeten with honey and ice.

Licorice Root 
Sweet character with light medicinal notes and anise-like finish.  Excellent with Peppermint and Camomile.

French Lavender

Mild with a distinctive floral perfume and slight pungency.  Tending mauve to purple depending upon the amount used.  Blending Lavender with the Organic Earl Grey makes a wonderful cup of tea.

The cup has light floral notes with a pleasant lingering finish.  Often used to make a tea blend look exotic and romantic.  Hibiscus is wonderful blended with the Organic Andalusia Lemon Rooibos and made into an iced tea. Kids loves this, and no caffeine!

Excellent clean ginger notes with a refreshing ginger hot finish.  Clean lingering character.  Many claim ginger eases cold symptoms, and is also good for the tummy. Try it blended with Camomile and a little peppermint.
